They’re either wildly overhyped, taken out of context, or in some cases, straight-up harmful when misapplied.

Craig brings the clinical perspective, breaking down why certain sayings might sound nice but don’t hold up in real-world application. I toss in my two cents from a coaching standpoint, sharing where I’ve seen clients latch onto these quotes like life mottos—only to end up more confused or stuck.
